We are the only Real Estate Agency that carries out a "Property Risk & Safety Inspection" before & during a tenancy this service consists of visual inspections of the structure, landscaping and vegeation on the propety & near by that could have impact on the property.
 
Our thorough inspection checklist looks a the current condition of the property, internally and externally. Factors that may cause possible damage to your property, possible claim on your insurance or legitigation from your tenant or third party.
 
As a PROFICINT PROPERTY MANAGER - it is deemed to be apart of the fiduciary obligation uner the act to inspect and advise the owner of any issues/risks that may impact the safety of the tenant/s or visitors. 
 
Prospa Realty's Property Manangement Team; will inspect, document the service, take photos and where possible purpose solutions for the issue to be corrected in a prompt timely manner by the owner.
Service Example- External Property; Driveway-soiled and unkept-mold present; 
Hazard-Slip and falling from the tenant/visitor/pedistrian.
Hazard Risk- High-Likely to occur.
Solution- High Pressure Cleaning and mold treatment.
Service Example- Internal Property- Main Bathroom-shower door sticking
Hazard-Breaking/cracking of the shower door
Hazard Risk- Moderate-More than likely to occur. 
Solution- Property Maintenance Technician to adjust door accordingly.
