Winners & Losers-Real Estate 2021

Over the past 12 months South East QLD, North Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane Western Suburbs and Bayside properties in leafy existing suburbs and newly developed estates have been feeling the pinch of high buyer/rental demand due to low house shortages, low interest rates, interstate migration has all taken a toll on both Sales and Rentals markets.


Real Estates are now plundering their own Management listings and selling them off as Investors-Winners! cashing in to take advantage of the buyer demand and high prices on offer.

Buyers are they Winners or Losers'?? Yet to be seen as some say they are over inflating the prices of the Property to unsustainable level and market will crash once interest rate rise.


Established Investors- Winners - Est. investment property sales have led to a win fall for the seller but have led the way for a shortage of rental properties on the market. This exodus of investment properties to home occupiers has led to a increase in rents and property values across the suburbs thus benefiting the non selling investors portfolios which are getting a "win" with higher rental return due to limited rental stock and high rental demand at present.

Losers-renters are having their rent increased to reflect market conditions at a determent to the current renters in place.


In all consideration is it time to BUY? SELL? INVEST IN PROPERTY?
