WHAT IS YOUR COMMISSION ON PROPERTY RESIDENTIAL SALES?

Here at Prospa Realty we only charge 2.5 % inc gst of the total sale price.
What sets us apart thou is that we include the marketing cost in our commission, ie Photos, Video Shoot, Sign Board, Online Advertising, Social Media Advertising and Prospa Sales Panache Make Over! If the seller changes their mind on selling their property they thou will incur the out of pocket expanses that was expensed on their behalf to get your property on the market outline in the form 6. Note the expanses have to be itemised and no additional mark up on services allowed by Agent to be passed on to the seller by law.

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

Real Estate Lawyer/Conveyancer has to be engaged to process the estate accordingly to the current State Legislation. As a seller or buyer if you require special conditions in the contract both the seller/buyer of the property should be aware of such conditions and acceptance thereof the contract and conditions known. It's always best practice that a seller and buyer engage a Lawyer/Conveyancer once they decide to sell or buy a property to go though the contact of sale, conditions with Agent acknowledging said conditions as not to misrepresent the buyer in any way during the sale.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

We create a Journey Plan for each property targeting the Buyers/Renters sought after by the seller and investor.
We than advise firstly our prospective buyers/investors/tenants and Prospa Members on our system waiting for a Prospa Property's. We than advertise publicly via recognised internet & social media platforms which 90% of our sales/tenants originate from.

SHOULD I GET LOAN PREAPPROVAL FIRST BEFORE PUTTING AN OFFER IN ON A PROPERTY.
